This MASTER TERMS OF SERVICE and LICENSE is entered into by and between Dreams2Code Gbr (“Pathmonk”, "we" or "our", “Licensor”), located at Orangeriestr. 1a / 40213 Duesseldorf and our Customers (“Licensee”, ”Client”, “Customer”, “you” and “your”) and its Affiliates to govern access to and use of Dreams2Code Gbr’s service Pathmonk (websites and services (the "Services"). “Affiliates” means those entities that are wholly-owned by Client, or are controlled by, controlling or under common control with Client.
