This Material Transfer Agreement (“MTA”) is between the RECIPIENT and the American Type Culture Collection (“ATCC®”), a not-for-profit organization having its offices at 10801 University Blvd. Manassas, Virginia 20110 which is acting in the capacity of a contractor to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (“NIAID”), an Institute of the National Institutes of Health (“NIH”), an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (“HHS”). The U.S. Government-funded programs are separate and distinct from other collections at the ATCC.

This Material Transfer Agreement (“MTA”) is between the RECIPIENT and the American Type Culture Collection (“ATCC®”), a not-for-profit organization having its offices at 10801 University Blvd. Manassas, Virginia 20110 which is acting in the capacity of a contractor to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (“NIAID”), an Institute of the National Institutes of Health (“NIH”), an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (“HHS”). The U.S. Government-funded programs are separate and distinct from other collections at the ATCC. This is a master MTA which will apply to only the RECIPIENT’S REGISTRANTs who are registered with the NIH HIV REAGENT PROGRAM and have completed the corresponding Acknowledgement of MTA page.
