THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (BellSouth), a Georgia corporation, and P.C.B. Communications, Inc. and P.C.B. Communications, Inc. DBA American Advantage Telephone (P.C.B. Communications), a Louisiana corporation, and shall be effective on the Effective Date, as defined herein. This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or P.C.B. Communications or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
