THIS BARGAIN SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated effective as of the date (“Effective Date”) that the Title Company (as hereinafter defined) acknowledges (where indicated below) the receipt of this Agreement executed by Seller and Purchaser, is made by and between VDLS, LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“Seller”), and SANTA FE PUBLIC SCHOOLS, a public school district of the State of New Mexico (“Purchaser”).
