delivery by the Contractor to the Employer of originals of the Performance Security, Advance Payment Bond (in relation to the first payment in accordance with Attachment C to the General Conditions) and a Lender Direct Agreement duly executed by all Parties thereto (except the Employer and Lenders). If the Notice to Proceed has not been issued by 31 October 2014, either Party may by written notice to the other Party terminate the Contract (odstąpić od) by [30 November 2014] with no compensation being payable. The termination of the Contract shall be effective upon the receipt of the notice.
