This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into by and between the County of Orange (COUNTY), acting through its Social Services Agency (SSA), hereinafter referred to as “SSA” and Children and Families Commission of Orange County (CFCOC), hereinafter referred to as “CFCOC”. This MOU contains program content and purpose along with specific guidelines for the provision and support for the SSA Medical Director position as a collaborative partner with CFCOC.
