On 9 October 2017, acting in accordance with the Republic of Lithuania Law on Energy Efficiency Improvement Article 7 (1), the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania, UAB EPSO-G, AB Amber Grid and LITGRID AB concluded an Energy Savings Agreement (hereinafter – Agreement). The Agreement stipulates that by 31 December 2020, through the implementation of energy efficiency improvement measures, AB Amber Grid shall save at least 122.5 GWh of energy. The Law provides for the implementation of energy efficiency improvement measures at the Company’s end energy consumers’ sites.
