THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 is entered into by and between the Texas Facilities Commission (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”), a state agency, and Kleinfelder, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “PSP”) located at 11100 Metric Blvd., Suite #100, Austin, Texas 78758 (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”), to amend the original Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Professional Services Agreement for professional geotechnical and construction materials testing services (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”).
