This Online Banking and Bill Payment Agreement for Our Business Members ("Agreement" and/or “Online Banking”) explains the terms and conditions governing basic online and bill pay services offered by Baxter Credit Union (“Credit Union” or “BCU”) to its business members. By using any of the Online Banking Services in your business account, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The term “Online Banking” or the “Service” means Online Banking for Business Members. The terms "we," "us," "our" and “Credit Union” refer to BCU. The terms "you" and “your” refers to each member business that enrolls in Online Banking and has a secure login. The term "secure login" means a combination of a user name and password with security question and answer pairs, where applicable. The term "business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday, federal and other declared holidays.
