This Ownership Agreement establishes the Government’s ownership interest in the Department of Treasury. It sets out guidelines and performance requirements to ensure the Government receives the best possible return from the resources employed, by the Department, including the Central Financing Unit, the Superannuation Unit and the Home Loan Portfolio. This is done through the efficient and business like management of those resources and the prudent management of the Territory’s exposure to financial risk.
