This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into by Sandy Hook Promise Foundation (“SHPF”) as of January 2023, a non-profit IRC 501(c)(3) organization, located at 13 Church Hill Road, Newtown, Connecticut 06470, and Sunnyside Unified School District (“SUSD”) which is organized and existing under and pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of Arizona and with a primary business address at 2238 East Ginter Road Tucson, AZ 85706 . SHPF and SUSD may also each be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
