THIS Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is between The Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, (hereinafter “UNL”) and its University of Nebraska Public Policy Center (Hereinafter “NUPPC”), and The County of Lancaster, Nebraska on behalf of the Mental Health Crisis Center of Lancaster County, (hereinafter “Crisis Center,”). Together NUPPC and the Crisis Center may be referred to as the “Parties,” or individually as a “Party.”
