This Amendment (“Amendment No. 1”) to Contract No. MA-042-20012190 for Medi-Cal Administrative Activities is made and entered into on July 1, 2023 (“Effective Date”) between the COUNTY OF ORANGE, a political subdivision of the State of California (COUNTY) ), through its Health Care Agency, with a place of business at 405 W. 5th St., Ste. 600, Santa Ana, CA 92701, and AHMC Anaheim Regional Medical Center (“Contractor”), a California limited partnership with a place of business at 1111 W. La Palma Ave., Anaheim, CA 92801. The Original Contract and this first Amendment are and shall continue to be administered by the Director of the COUNTY’s Health Care Agency or a Deputized designee (“ADMINISTRATOR”). CONTRACTOR and COUNTY may sometimes be referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.

CONTRACTOR and COUNTY may sometimes be referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
