This United Kingdom Software Licence and Services Agreement (this "Agreement") between Siemens PLM Software (hereinafter referred to as “Siemens”) and the customer identified below ("Customer") consists of this execution page, the General Terms and Conditions, each of the Schedules indicated below as incorporated, and one or more Licensed Software Designation Agreements or other mutually agreed upon document (each an "LSDA") referencing the terms of this Agreement with the Agreement number cited below and setting forth the Software and services to be provided to Customer by Siemens hereunder. As used in this Agreement, the term "Software" means the software specified in the applicable LSDAs, including such additional software ordered by, and delivered to, Customer under this Agreement from time to time, any updates thereto furnished by Siemens hereunder and, unless otherwise indicated, the associated documentation.
