(The JBCC Series 2000 Principal Building Agreement). PRELIMINARIES The preliminaries shall be the Preliminaries prepared and published by the Joint Building Contracts Committee for use with the JBCC Principal Building Agreement: Code 2103, May 2005. (The JBCC Series 2000 Preliminaries). FULL INTENT AND MEANING OF CLAUSES Tenderers shall be deemed to have referred to the afore-mentioned documents for the full intent and meaning of each clause.
