Burney Forest Products is pleased with the progress that is being made in finalizing the Fixed Price Period Buydown Agreement for the project. As you know. concurrent with those efforts. we are currently operating in a curtailed mode pursuant to the Bridging Agreement that went into effect on April 1. 1998. SF? looks forward to the time when the Buydown Agreement can be put into full force and effect though we also understand that it may still be a month or more before that can happen.
