The Jefferson Union High School District, (hereafter “District”) and the San Mateo County Community College District, (hereafter “Permittee”) enter into this Agreement for the use by Permittee of certain facilities owned by the District at Jefferson High School by Permittee’s students and staff while Skyline College coordinates, promotes, staffs, and supervises a Community Learning Center (hereafter “Center”) which will be accessible and usable to any member of the participating public who enrolls in either Adult School or Skyline College educational offerings at the “Center”.
