The Board appointed Jason R. Van Fossen as Superintendent of Schools of the Maine- Endwell Central School District (hereinafter the “District”), on July 6, 2011. The parties agree upon the following terms and conditions of employment of the Superintendent and enter into this contract pursuant to Education Law § 1711.
