This Service Bank Funds Transfer Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the funds transfer aspect of your participation in a service (the “Service”) offered by Raisin Solutions LLC (“Raisin”). References to “you” and “your” mean the individual who enrolls in the Service. References to “Service Bank,” “we,” “us” or “our” mean Central Bank of Kansas City, a Missouri state banking corporation.
