This Master Research Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Texas A&M University, a member of The Texas A&M University System and an agency of the State of Texas, having a place of business at 400 Harvey Mitchell Parkway, South, Suite 300, College Station, Texas 77845, ("TAMU”) and City of Bryan, a Texas Home Rule Municipal Corporation duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the State of Texas, ("SPONSOR"), each referred to individually as the “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”;
