The ENGINEER agrees to obtain and maintain, at the ENGINEER's expense, such insurance as will protect the ENGINEER from claims under the Workman's Compensation Act and such comprehensive general liability and automobile insurance as will protect the OWNER and the ENGINEER from all claims for bodily injury, death, or property damage which may arise from the performance by the ENGINEER, or by the ENGINEER's employees, for the ENGINEER's functions and services required under this Agreement. Such insurance shall be in an amount not less than $  for injury to any one person and $  on account of any one accident and in the amount of not less than $  for property damage. The ENGINEER further agrees to procure and maintain professional liability (errors and omissions) insurance in an amount not less than $  per claim and in the aggregate.
