This agreement sets out your rights to use our exercise facilities and services, and the obligations you are required to comply with. Your responsibilities under this agreement, including payment of membership fees, do not depend on how often you use the facilities and services. You agree to inform us if you are not able to comply with your obligations under this agreement.
