(“Agreement”) is made as of the day of , 2022 (“Effective Date”), between Central Oregon Veteran & Community Outreach, Inc., an Oregon nonprofit public benefit corporation (“Operator”), Deschutes County, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon(“County”), and the City of Bend, an Oregon municipal corporation (“City”). The Operator, County, and City may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties”.
