To resolve the above-referenced compliance review brought under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504), and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (Title II), the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) of the U.S. Department of Education and the University of Wisconsin-Platteville (the University) enter into the following Agreement. This Agreement is entered into voluntarily, and it does not constitute an admission of liability, non- compliance, or wrongdoing by the University.
