THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (BellSouth), a Georgia corporation, and Movie, Television, & Graphics Corp. and Movie, Television, & Graphics Corp. d/b/a M.T.G.(M.T.G.), a Florida corporation, and shall be effective on the Effective Date, as defined herein. This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or M.T.G. or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
