This Aggregation Program Agreement, is entered into as of this 16th day of March, 2020 (“Agreement”), by and between City of Forest Park, OH (“Municipality”), a political subdivision of the State of Ohio, and Constellation NewEnergy, Inc. (“Constellation”), a Wisconsin corporation with its principal place of business at 1716 Lawrence Drive, DePere, Wisconsin 54115, hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
