This document acts as an agreed upon Terms of Token Sale (“Terms”) between you (“Purchaser”, “User”, “you”) and Crypterium OU, registered in the Republic of Estonia with the company number 14352837 and registered office address Parnu mnt 141, pk 59, 11314 Tallinn, Estonia (“Crypterium”, “Company”, “we”, “us”). Each of you and the Company are a “Party”, and together the “Parties.” You accept these Terms when you purchase Crypterium’s CRPT tokens (“CRPT Tokens”, “Tokens”).
