This Agreement by and between the City of Missoula (City), and the Montana Department of Transportation (MDT, Department, or State) (collectively Parties), establishes the responsibilities and duties of the Parties with respect to project activities including intersection improvements on a portion of West Broadway, Toole Street, California Street located within the City of Missoula, Montana. The project scope includes construction of improvements at the intersection that will enhance safety, mobility, and accessibility for multimodal users traveling on Broadway Street, through the intersection of Toole and California Streets.
