Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Customer shall have access to Internet Bank - Corporate. Through Internet Bank - Corporate, the Customer obtains access to the services provided by the Bank or another company which, in co-operation with the Bank, provides services. Internet Bank - Corporate is governed by the "General Terms and Conditions – Corporate Services, etc." and the "Special Terms and Conditions for Internet Bank - Corporate, 1 January 2008", which the Customer has received. In order for the Customer to obtain access to Internet Bank - Corporate, the Customer must complete the power of attorney set forth below. The power of attorney shall apply with respect to any and all services provided from time to time via Internet Bank - Corporate and which the Customer shall have access to in accordance with agreements with the Bank.
