In this agreement, the terms "you" and "your" refer to the account holder(s) authorized by State Street Bank to use the service, all persons authorized to sign on the account holder(s) deposit accounts, and anyone else who uses the service with the permission of the account holder(s). The terms “bank”, "we," "us," and "our" refer to State Street Bank.
