THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO LEASE (“Amendment No. 1”) entered into this 11th day of November, 2019 between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado municipal corporation ("Landlord") and Professional Bull Riders, LLC a Delaware limited liability company ("Tenant"). The Landlord and Tenant are referred to collectively in this Agreement as the “Parties” and individually, without differentiation, each as a “Party.”
