This Licensed Partner Agreement, consisting of this Cover Page and the attached Business Terms (collectively, this “Agreement”), is made and entered into by and between The Drone Co. and Partner (each, as defined below). The Agreement shall become binding once Partner clicks through the Agreement in the manner provided by The Drone Co. (the “Effective Date”). The Drone Co. and Partner are sometimes referred to as a "Party", and together as the "Parties".
