Vendors will be notified of acceptance or non-acceptance ten (10) days following deadline, after which time selected vendors should apply for the temporary health permit from the Virginia Department of Health (application below), and forward applicable insurance copies as noted in “Food Vendor Agreement” as required. All events, dates, times and City requirements are subject to change.
