CA Citizen Protection Group, LLC (“CCPG”) and Ema Bell (“BELL”, and together with CCPG collectively, the “Claimants”), on the one hand, and Silhouette, LLC (“Silhouette”), on the other hand, enter into this Settlement Agreement and Release (this “Agreement”). This Agreement is effective on the date on which it is fully executed (“Effective Date”). Claimants and Silhouette are referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” The Parties agree as follows:
