CA Citizen Protection Group, LLC (“CCPG”) and Ema Bell (“BELL”, and together with CCPG collectively, the “Claimants”), on the one hand, and Silhouette, LLC (“Silhouette”), on the other hand, enter into this Settlement Agreement and Release (this “Agreement”).
