These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs” or “Agreement”) constitute and govern the contractual relationship between the parties, and GIAMAX Gaming Ltd (a company duly registered under the laws of Malta on the 14th June 2010 with registration number C49917 with its registered address at 27, Grognet Street, Mosta, MST3613, Malta and licensed and regulated by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority in Malta to provide gaming services under License Nos. LGA/CL1/738/2011 & LGA/CL2/738/2011issued on the 30/03/012 by the Lotteries & Gaming Authority in Malta) hereinafter referred to as “GIAMAX”; and you, as the user, hereinafter referred to as “User” or “You” or “Player” or “Subscriber”.
