The following shall be included as part of the Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) between the City of Cooper City, a municipal corporation organized and operating under the laws of the State of Florida, with an address of 9090 SW 50th Place, Cooper City, FL 33328 (“CITY”) and VC3, INC. (“CONTRACTOR”),1301 Gervais Street, Suite 1800, Columbia, SC 29201. In the event of any conflict between the language in the Agreement and this Addendum, the terms of this Addendum shall take precedence.
