This Insurance Service Addendum incorporates by reference the terms and conditions of the Master Insurance Service Agreement and any agreement executed in writing or referenced herein (this “Addendum”). In the event the terms and conditions of this Addendum conflict with the terms and conditions of the Master Insurance Service Agreement, the terms of this Addendum shall prevail.
