On August 12, 2021, PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM) filed (i) an executed Interim Interconnection Service Agreement (Interim ISA) among PJM, GSG 6, LLC, and Commonwealth Edison Company, designated as Original Service Agreement No. 6125, and (ii) an executed Interconnection Construction Service Agreement (ICSA) among the same parties, designated as Original Service Agreement No. 6126.1 PJM states that it is filing the Interim ISA because it contains one provision that does not conform to the form of Interim ISA set forth in Attachment O-1 to the PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff, and is filing the otherwise conforming ICSA because it supports the Interim ISA, which is a nonconforming use of an ICSA.
