This Exhibit is incorporated into the Government Contract entered into between the customer who is a Government entity (“Customer”) and the person or entity who has entered into a prime contract with the Government (“Contractor”) as an addendum and governs your use of the Microsoft Products. It consists of the terms and conditions below, Use Rights, SLA, and all documents referenced within those documents (together, the “agreement”).
