THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of 2021 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Lynden, a non-charter code city and municipal corporation (“City”), and SHKS Architects, P.S., Inc., a professional service corporation incorporated under the laws of Washington State, (“Consultant”). For the purposes of this Agreement, City and Consultant may be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
