This Second Amendment to the Amended And Restated Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement Among The Cities of Burbank, Glendale And Pasadena Creating An Agency To Be Known As The Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority (“Second Amendment”) is made and entered into as of this day of 2016, by and among the CITY OF BURBANK, the CITY OF GLENDALE and the CITY OF PASADENA (“Parties”), with reference to the following facts:
