This Data Processor Agreement ("DPA") is entered into by and between BitaBIZ ApS, a company registered in Denmark under CVR-Number 34084076, with its registered office at Emil Holms Kanal 14, 2300 Copenhagen, Denmark ("BitaBIZ") and Customer, according to the Terms and Conditions ("Main Agreement") for BitaBIZ Services or other written or electronic agreement between the par- ties (as applicable).
