ULVAC CRYOGENICS INCORPORATED, an ULVAC company, (Head Office: Chigasaki City, Kanagawa, President: Masahiko Ishiguro, hereinafter “Ulvac Cryogenics”) and IWATANI INDUSTRIAL GASES CORPORATION (Head Office: Chuo –ku, Osaka City, President: Takashi Miyagawa, hereinafter “Iwatani Industrial Gases”) have entered into a definitive agreement under which Ulvac Cryogenics is transferred the business of production and sales of cryogenic equipments from the Engineering Business Group of Iwatani Industrial Gases.
