The Lubavitch Foundation DBA Royal Oak Chabad Jewish Center and DBA Lamplighters Preschool is located at 514 East Fourth Street, and they wish to expand their existing outdoor children’s play area. They rent this property from G3 Investments, LLC, who currently has a license agreement for a 16-foot by 60-foot playground area within the city’s dead-end public alley behind their building. The preschool wishes to extend the encroachment approximately 23 feet further to the west as illustrated (Attachment 1).
