In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the Facilities Agreement and Deed of Assignment (First Party) both dated 22nd November 2007, entered between the Assignee and the said Assignor/Borrower and in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between Assignor and Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad (“the Vendor”) dated 01st June 2007, it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the under mentioned Auctioneer.
