As a User of any portion of the St. Francis Parish Center (the “Parish Center”), the undersigned agrees to protect, indemnify and hold harmless the Parish and the Diocese from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses and damages (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees and expert witness fees) arising out of or from any accident or other occurrence on or about the premises causing injury to any person or property.
