In the event of inconsistency, these terms and conditions take priority over any other contract document between us including your contract details, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing with you. The terms and conditions of this contract apply to fixed-term sites, fixed-price sites, the variable price product and deemed sites, unless we say otherwise.
