Interactive Marketing Solutions ("IMS"), a company with a place of business at 1177 Summer Street, 2nd Floor, Stamford, Connecticut, agrees to provide consumer lists and corresponding products and services (hereinafter referred to as "IMS List Management Services") to you, the Customer (hereinafter “Customer”), in consideration of the terms and conditions stated herein. In addition, use of one or more of the IMS List Management Services products offered by IMS, in any form, constitutes the Customer’s full acceptance of, and agreement with, the terms and conditions stated herein.
