THIS AGREEMENT, made this day of 2012 by and between (hereinafter referred to as Contractor), and Mary Pat Flynn, Sheila Lyons and William Doherty as they are the Commissioners of Barnstable County, acting by and through the Cape Cod Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Commission), but without any personal liability.
