DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Commencing January 1st, 2001, Contributor will provide to OutdoorWire the services described in the attached Exhibit “A” (collectively, the "Services"). The Contributor will provide all services as an independent contractor and will not be an employee of OutdoorWire. As a condition of this Agreement, the Contributor will agree to abide by all OutdoorWire policies, rules, and regulations governing the public conduct and communications of the Contributor when acting for, or on behalf of, OutdoorWire, or when the Contributor is identifying themselves as being affiliated with OutdoorWire. These policies, rules and regulations will be published on-line by OutdoorWire, and are subject to change without notice. Failure of the Contributor to adhere to these policies, rules and regulations will be a breach of this Agreement, and may be cause for immediate termination of the Agreement by OutdoorWire.
